Twenty years ago, while attempting to sell engine rags to Motor Yachts, a mate stopped me on the dock and confused me for a yacht outfitter. I was invited onboard to take orders for monogrammed towels and custom linens for all the state rooms on a stunning Feadship M/Y. Having only engine rags in my bag, I decided I would "fake it till I make it", took the order and was then catapulted into the world of outfitting Motor Yachts, learning the ropes and meeting their high end textile needs. This serendipitous case of mistaken identity led to 20 years in the design, fine linen and home furnishings world.

Two decades later, through economic fluctuations and three brick & mortar store moves and a dedicated client base under my belt, Corona virus came along.  I knew it was time to take this acquired wisdom to this new platform and bring you Linen Closet Delray online!

I am a 4th generation native Floridian and I've worked in every retail store imaginable from Sephora to Saks, Burdines to Neimans, and even sold wallpaper to Palm Beachers in high school. Ive studied abroad, and represented a New York based apparel line. No matter the avenue, I've always been drawn to helping clients meet their needs, from high end interior designers to the girl next door.

As a mother of one outstanding daughter, recently diagnosed with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes, it is my hope that this website will allow me to juggle both of these roles.
